PHAT Architectural Design & Technology was established in 2010 by Paul Holmes following his desire to independently provide architectural services with an emphasis on design quality and detail precision. Paul has over 20 years of experience working for several small and large scale practices and has been involved on a wide range of architectural projects throughout the UK.

Based in Epworth near Doncaster and Scunthorpe we are ideally placed to cover a wide geographical area, also with locations in Kettering, Northamptonshire

We are able to carry out a full range of architectural services for all types of client from private domestic clients to commercial and retail clients.
